Ecocot™ Sample Card     

If you are sensitive to fertilizers, chemicals or dyes or if you are concerned about keeping the environment clean, this yarn is perfect for you! It's our most "green" cotton yarns!

Ecocot™ is a fine weight yarn (7,000 yards/pound) made from 100% organically-grown cotton that has been cultivated in North Africa and India under fair-trade guidelines, then spun and dyed in Europe according to strict ecological standards.

The quality and softness speak for itself. Ideal for fine gauge knitting machines or super-fine weaving of clothing, curtains, hand towels, pillowcases.


Similar in weight to a 16/2 cotton. Available in 34 vibrant solid colors on 20-24 oz cones. Cone sizes may vary 8-10 oz. You will be billed by the ounces.

We will also wind off color #482 Naturale, #020 Fuchsia and #242 Aegean Blue on Ecocot™ Mini Cones. for weaving the washclothes project in September/October Handwoven magazine. Order two tubes to complete the project.
