Look at what only three shafts and two colors can do! The little windows that are the trademark of Atwater-Bronson lace are threaded in a color next to natural for emphasis and depth.

Plain weave borders with stripes add smooth, stable edges as a contrast to the lace texture.

Yarns: Pearly Perle 5/2 Cotton

Equipment needed: 4-shaft loom; 15 dent reed (12 dent can be used with double strands in random areas); 13" weaving width

Finished size: six hemmed placemats 11.5" x 15.5" each
