In comments area of your order, please give name you want the gift certificate made out to and whether or not you want us to mail it directly to them with their name and address. We will include a greeting card and mail you the receipt.
Please disregard the shipping charges when ordering the gift certificate. Shipping charges will be taken off when invoiced.
